STEP2

We will sign a mutual non-discloure agreement to ensure your idea is safeguarded.

 

STEP3

Share the details of your idea. Provide as much details and sketches as possible. Technical details will be welcome but not required. Most of our clients do not have technical training so we handle all technical designs and documentation and help you understand the neccessary aspects of the design. This allows you to make informed decisions to enable you to have a product that you have confidence to sell and use yourself.

 

STEP4

Negotiating costs and development contracts.

 

STEP5

A User requirement specification (URS) document will be compiled by us for your evaluation describing the conceptual product details with images and descriptions of the components and functionality. This URS will be updated whenever we agree on design changes and we will build prototypes and production units accordingly reducing the need for you to be concerned about the small technical aspects of the product.

 

STEP6

We will design and manufacture a first prototype that will be sent to you for evaluation and testing. This will allow you to evaluate your idea and identify any improvements or changes.

 

STEP7

Feedback from the first prototype will be used to create a second prototype if needed. This second prototype will then represent the final version of the product we will create and will also be used to do compliance certification such as CE and UL.

 

STEP8

Feedback from the second prototype will be used to make corrections and a small production run of about 100 pieces will be done to test for any issues in the supply chain and manufacturing. This step is also useful for testing packaging material and logistics. We will provide you with a detailed schedule before production starts and send regular feedback on progress allowing you to focus all your time on sales and marketing.
